Cookie Policy
This page explains what cookies and similar browser storage HealthBlokk (https://healthblokk.app) uses, and the choices you have. Last updated: August 6, 2026.
1. Strictly necessary (no consent required)
- dash_session — keeps you signed in to your personal dashboard after you use a sign-in link. HttpOnly, expires with your session.
- admin session — equivalent cookie for the operator console; only ever set for administrators.
- hb_cookie_consent (localStorage) — remembers your cookie-banner choice ("accepted" or "rejected") so we do not ask again.
These are required for the site to function and are exempt from consent under the ePrivacy rules.
2. Analytics (only with your consent)
If — and only if — you accept the cookie banner, we load PostHog product analytics to understand how the public site and signup flow are used. Until you accept, nothing is loaded and no analytics identifiers are stored. Additional protections we apply:
- Analytics never run on the pages that show your health data (your dashboard and the coaching conversation) — no session recording, no autocapture, no heatmaps there.
- Your chat messages with the coach are never sent to analytics.
3. Third parties
- Stripe — when you open a checkout or billing-portal link, payment pages are hosted by Stripe, which sets its own cookies for fraud prevention and payment processing. See Stripe's cookie policy.
We set no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies of any kind.
4. Your choices
- Reject or accept analytics via the cookie banner on your first visit.
- Change your mind anytime by clearing this site's browser storage (the banner will ask again), or by blocking cookies for this site in your browser.
