Consumer Health Data Notice
This notice supplements our Privacy Policy. It describes how Joize FlexCo collects, uses, and discloses data that may be considered consumer health data under laws such as Washington's My Health My Data Act, Nevada SB 370, and similar state health-privacy rules.
Scope
Joize is a wellness and nutrition coaching service delivered over iMessage. It is not a medical device, telehealth platform, or substitute for care from a licensed clinician. Coaches and AI outputs do not create a doctor–patient relationship.
Categories of consumer health data we collect
- Nutrition and diet: meals you log (text or photo), calorie and macro estimates, dietary preferences and restrictions you mention.
- Biomarkers and labs: blood test values, reference ranges, and status you share via photo, PDF, or text (for example vitamin D, lipids, HbA1c, thyroid markers).
- Physical activity and recovery: workouts and activity from Strava if connected; steps, sleep, heart rate, and related metrics from Apple Health if you enable the shortcut.
- Goals and wellness context: weight-related goals, menopause or cognitive performance goals, supplement protocols, sleep and stress patterns you describe.
- Inferences: coaching memory summaries and trends we derive from the above (for example protein intake patterns, biomarker follow-up suggestions).
Sources
- Directly from you in iMessage or the web dashboard
- From photos, PDFs, and voice notes you send
- From integrations you opt into (Apple Health, Strava, Google Drive lab archives)

| Schedule follow-ups | Reminders to recheck labs, log meals, or revisit goals you agreed to |
| Safety | Flag when values look clinically urgent and encourage you to contact a healthcare professional |
How we share consumer health data
We do not sell or share consumer health data for advertising. We disclose it only to:
- Processors that help us run the service (hosting, AI inference, messaging) under contracts that limit their use to our instructions.
- Services you connect, for example lab PDFs saved to your own Google Drive, or calendar reminders on your Google Calendar.
- Legal requirements when compelled by law.
Your choices and rights
- Access and portability: request a copy of your health-related data by emailing info@healthblokk.com.
- Correction: update profile fields in your dashboard or tell the coach in chat; we will correct stored records.
- Deletion: text delete my data or email us. Deleting the iMessage thread on your phone removes only your local copy. Request deletion from us to erase server-side health data.
- Withdraw consent: disconnect Google, Strava, or Apple Health from your dashboard; revoke OAuth in the provider's settings.
- Opt out of sharing (where applicable): we do not share health data for targeted advertising; no separate opt-out is required for that.
Retention
We keep consumer health data while your account is active and delete it when you request account deletion, except where law requires us to retain billing or security records.
Security
Health data is stored in our encrypted database. Integration tokens are encrypted separately. Limit what you share in group chats, personal biomarker detail is intended for 1:1 conversations.
