Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Joize, operated by Joize FlexCo. By texting Joize or using our web dashboard, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
Joize is an AI-assisted nutrition and longevity coach delivered primarily over iMessage (via Sendblue). It can log meals, discuss biomarkers, connect to optional integrations, send reminders, and offer a web dashboard for profile and data review.
2. Not medical advice
Joize provides general wellness and nutrition information, not medical diagnosis or treatment. It is not a substitute for a physician, registered dietitian, or other licensed professional. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting supplements, changing medication, or acting on lab results. In an emergency, call local emergency services.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You must provide accurate information and keep your phone number secure.
4. Account and access
- Your phone number is your account identifier for iMessage access.
- We may use an allowlist or pairing flow to control who can reach the coach.
- Dashboard access uses one-time magic links sent over iMessage; do not share those links.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful, harassing, or abusive purposes
- Attempt to bypass access controls or scrape our systems
- Send malware, spam, or content that infringes others' rights
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others
- Use the service to provide clinical care to third parties
We may suspend access for violations.
6. Integrations
Optional connections (Google Calendar/Drive, Strava, Apple Health) require your consent through OAuth or a personal ingest token. You can disconnect integrations from the dashboard. Third-party services have their own terms.
7. Subscriptions and auto-renewal
- We offer published subscription plans starting from €7.99/month (prices include VAT), shown on our pricing page and in the app. Time-limited founding-member prices may apply; the exact price is always shown before you enter any payment details. Your coach may also agree an individual plan with you in chat, in which case the coach states the exact price and billing terms before sending a checkout link.
- When you start a subscription, your payment method is charged the quoted price immediately — there is no free trial. Your subscription then automatically renews and your card is charged the quoted price each period (monthly or annual, as you chose) until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current period is not pro-rated unless required by applicable consumer law.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds follow Stripe and applicable consumer law. Contact info@healthblokk.com for billing help.
8. AI-generated content
Replies are generated by AI and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for how you use suggestions. We may update models and prompts to improve quality.
9. Your content
You retain ownership of messages and files you send. You grant us a license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use your messages to train public foundation models.
10. Privacy and data deletion
Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect and why. Deleting your iMessage conversation on your device removes your local copy only. To delete data we store, text delete my data or email info@healthblokk.com.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOIZE FLEXCO AND ITS TEAM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR EUR 100 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13. Changes
We may modify these Terms. We will post updates here with a revised date. Material changes may also be communicated in chat or by email where appropriate.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply. The courts at our registered seat in Dornbirn, Austria have exclusive jurisdiction for business disputes where permitted by law.
